12 Degrees is built on a simple truth: every piece of music is connected — through the 12 degrees of the chromatic scale, through vibration, through the universal language of sound. When we listen together, the creative possibilities become endless.
Rooted in Exeter, Devon, 12 Degrees is a festival powered by community, curiosity, and the belief that music can create real change. We’re bringing boundary-pushing artists who are shaping the future of jazz, electronic and experimental music — artists who challenge, inspire, and redefine what comes next.
Our mission is to connect South West audiences with the wider UK scene, and to give musicians a platform to share bold new ideas. This is about bringing fresh energy into the city and building something that feels alive, forward-thinking, and truly ours.
